The first pages come from Olga
“I picked out a couple — I’ve been with you for more than 20 years!”
Olga Kazantseva sent us four photographs from her album. Thank you, Olga, for sharing these precious memories with us.

BPD EXPRESS · OUR FAMILY ALBUM
We waited for these photographs to feel close, even for a moment, to the people we missed.
One Polaroid photograph. A parcel delivered.
And a familiar face we had longed to see.
Olga has been our customer
for more than 20 years!
She sends parcels to Russia,
to the city of Shadrinsk.
Kept in an album.
Held in our hearts.
2,000,000 customers
trust us with their letters and parcels.
Behind every parcel is someone caring for a loved one far away.
DO YOU REMEMBER THAT FEELING?
From 1992 onwards, we took Polaroid photographs of parcel recipients. Each photograph went back to the sender as confirmation that the parcel had arrived.
But the first thing people looked for was a familiar face. They wanted to see someone dear to them, someone they had not seen for a long time. There were no video calls, and even a phone call was not always possible.
These photographs were treasured. Tucked into family albums. Today, they bring back the people and moments we still hold dear.
Take a look in your album. You might have a little piece of this story, too.
OUR SHARED FAMILY ALBUM
Real photographs from our customers’ albums.
We add new memories as they arrive.
If a photograph touches you, leave a heart. You can support more than one photo. The prize draw winners are chosen at random.

Do you still have old photographs of someone receiving a BPD Express parcel? Join in through your Instagram Story or a direct message.
You do not need to write a long story.
But we would love to hear it.
HOW TO TAKE PART ON INSTAGRAM
Find an old photograph of someone receiving a BPD Express parcel in your family album. Take a picture of it with your phone and add it to your own Story.
When was the photograph taken? An approximate year is fine — just like Olga’s: 2000–2005.
In the same Story, tell us where the parcel was delivered.
Use Instagram’s mention sticker so the tag is clickable. Then publish your Story.
You can also send the photo, year and delivery location by direct message to @bpdexpressde. If your account is private, send us the photo or a screenshot of your Story by direct message so we can record your entry.
One person — one entry.
Photos already sent to us are included, too.
We are collecting photographs from 12 to 25 October 2026 inclusive — 14 days in total. Entries close at 23:59 Berlin time.
We will choose three different winners at random. We publish photographs with their owners’ permission.
We will announce the winners on 27 October 2026 on the BPD Express Instagram account.
Free shipping for one parcel up to 30 kg
Free shipping for one parcel up to 20 kg
Free shipping for one parcel up to 10 kg
Every memory has the same chance.
GOOD TO KNOW
You can share several photographs. Each person receives one entry in the prize draw, even if they send photos both through Stories and by direct message.
An approximate year or a range of years is fine. What matters is keeping the memory alive, not getting the date right to the day.
We add photographs to the album with their owners’ permission. When sending a photo by direct message, please tell us whether we may publish it and tag your account. Entry into the prize draw and permission to publish are handled separately.
No. Hearts are a warm response to the memories you share. Everyone in the prize draw has an equal chance.
The prize can be used for any destination served by BPD Express. It is valid for two years from the announcement of the winners — up to and including 27 October 2028.
BY YOUR SIDE FOR MORE THAN THIRTY YEARS
Perhaps that photograph is still tucked between the pages of your album.
We would love to see it again.
