With the free label, you can drop off the parcel at your country’s post office—they will deliver it to the BPD Express warehouse in Germany, and we will deliver it to the recipient as quickly and carefully as possible.

After the parcel arrives at the warehouse, the invoice is sent by email only. Pay immediately after receiving it.
After payment, your parcel will be delivered to the recipient.

Prohibited items: alcohol, cigarettes, any type of weapons, explosive mixtures, mobile phones, tablets, drones, prescription medicines, banknotes, seeds, plants, car parts.
Sanctions-related restrictions apply to certain categories of goods.
Customs requirements in Russia and the EAEU regarding the quantity of identical items: no more than 3–5 identical products.
The duty-free limit for private shipments in 2026 is €200. Anything above the limit is subject to a 15% duty.

Payment
