Step 1: Create Your Parcel on the Website

1. Go to the official website: www.bpd-express.de

2. Select the country of dispatch and the destination country.

3. Enter the approximate weight of your parcel.

4. Fill in the sender’s information in Latin letters and the recipient’s information in Cyrillic.

5. Download the free shipping label after completing your order.

For clients in Germany, a free courier pickup service is available.

Step 2: Using the Free Shipping Label

• Print the label and attach it securely to your parcel.

• The label is intended for submission via the national postal service of your country.

How to send documents with BPD Express

1. Prepare the first envelope

Put all documents inside and indicate:
— your address, phone number and e-mail (in Latin);
— recipient’s address and phone number (in Russian).

2. Second envelope

Insert the first envelope and write the shipping address:
BPD Express GmbH & Co. KG, Max-Planck-Straße 10, 64572 Büttelborn
Add your name and return address.

3. Sending

Send the second envelope as a registered letter.
Delivery details:

— Delivery time: 10–15 days
— Delivery: EMS courier to the door

Step 3: Submitting Your Parcel

• Clients from other European countries can drop off their parcel at the nearest post office using the BPD Express label.

• Courier pickup is available only for clients in Germany.

• The courier will collect the parcel from the provided address.

Step 4: Invoice and Payment

Once the parcel arrives at our warehouse in Germany:

• It is weighed and checked,

• The invoice is generated based on the actual weight,

• The invoice is sent to your email and is available in your personal account.

Payment is made after receiving the invoice.

• After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number.
