Creating a shipment

 

You can create a shipment with BPD Express in two ways:

 

  1. Online on our website — you create the request yourself, download a free label (DHL or DPD), and hand over the parcel in the most convenient way.

  2. With a manager — if you prefer, we will create the shipment together with you by phone or via messengers:

Shipping steps

 

1. Create your shipment on the website

 

  • Choose the origin country and the destination country

  • Enter the approximate parcel weight

  • Fill in the sender details in Latin letters, and the recipient details in Cyrillic

  • Download a free postal label that suits you best: DHL or DPD

 

After that, you can hand over the parcel using one of the options (see steps 2–3).

 

2. Using the free label

 

  • Print the label and attach it neatly to the box (do not cover barcodes with tape)

  • The drop-off method depends on which label you downloaded and which country you are in:

If you downloaded a free DHL label:

 

  • If you are in Germany — drop off the parcel at any DHL or Deutsche Post acceptance point.

  • If you are in another European country — drop off the parcel with your national postal service.

 

If you downloaded a free DPD label:

 

  • After checkout, you will be provided with at least 5 addresses of the nearest DPD drop-off points close to your home or office — based on the postal code you selected during checkout.

3. Handing over the parcel in Europe (options)

 

Depending on the country and the selected method, the following options are available:

 

Option A — drop-off using the free label (DHL or DPD).


You use the downloaded label and drop off the parcel at the appropriate acceptance point (see step 2).

Option B — courier pickup (if selected during checkout).


If courier pickup is available and selected when creating the shipment, a courier will collect the parcel from the sender’s address.

4. Payment

 

  • Once the parcel arrives at the warehouse, it is weighed for final verification

  • The invoice is issued based on the actual weight and sent by e-mail

  • Payment is made only after you receive the invoice

 

5. Tracking

 

After checkout you will receive by e-mail the shipment number and tracking number. Tracking is available throughout the entire route:


— from your country to our warehouse,
— and then from our warehouse to the recipient in the destination country.

After delivery, you will receive an e-mail notification confirming that the parcel has been delivered.


For deliveries to Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, in addition to the e-mail notification, you will receive a photo of the recipient with the delivered parcel.

* Each parcel will be weighed before dispatch. If the actual weight differs from the declared weight, the price will be recalculated.

Origin countries

 

EU countries are available in the shipping form (you select the origin country from the list when creating the shipment):
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Greece, Denmark, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Czechia, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, France.

 

Destination countries

 

Available destinations:
Russia, Crimea, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan.

 

The delivery format depends on the destination and the selected tariff:


— courier delivery to the recipient’s door,
— or delivery to the nearest post office / pick-up point (if provided by the tariff).

 

Delivery is available both to major cities and to smaller towns and settlements.

 

Prohibited items

 

You must not send: alcohol, cigarettes, weapons, explosive substances/devices, mobile phones, tablets, drones, prescription medicines, banknotes, seeds, plants, car parts.
