How to send a parcel from EU countries?

Proper packaging is the basis of safe delivery.

Choose a suitable box and secure its contents to avoid damage during transportation.

Choose a sturdy box

Use a thick cardboard box and choose the right size for the contents.

Use packing material

Fill empty spaces inside the box so that its contents do not move during transportation.

Avoid using too much tape

Excessive packaging can make the shipment harder to process.

Do not use unsuitable packaging

Soft or non-standard packaging may be damaged during transportation.

How to label a parcel?

The label must contain complete and accurate recipient and sender details. Make sure the information is error-free and easy to read.

Sender details

• Full sender nameEnter your first and last name in Latin characters, as in your passport.
• Return addressEnter the sender’s full address with the postal code.
• Contact phone and e-mailEnter current contact details for shipment communication.

Full sender and recipient name

• Full recipient nameEnter the recipient’s first and last name in Cyrillic, and patronymic if needed.
• Delivery addressEnter the full address, including house and apartment number.
• Postal codeCheck that the postal code matches the recipient’s address.
• City and countryEnter the destination city and country without abbreviations.
• Recipient phoneEnter an up-to-date phone number to contact the recipient.
