How to Send a Parcel with BPD Express — Detailed Instructions

How to send a parcel on your own with BPD Express

 

Step 1. Create your shipment on the website

 

Official website: www.bpd-express.de

  • Select the origin country and the destination country

  • Enter the approximate parcel weight

  • Fill in sender details in Latin letters, recipient details in Cyrillic

  • After submitting, download your free shipping label

  • For customers in Germany, free courier pickup is available

 

Step 2. Use the free label

 

  • Print the label

  • Attach it securely to the parcel

  • The label is intended for handing the parcel over via your country’s national post service

 

Step 3. Drop off the parcel

 

If you are in Germany:

  • Pickup selected: a courier will collect the parcel at the specified address

  • “Label” selected: drop the parcel off at the nearest post office in Germany using the free BPD Express label

If you are in another European country:

  • Drop the parcel off at the nearest post office in your country using the free BPD Express label

Note: Courier pickup is available only for customers in Germany.

 

Step 4. Invoice and payment

 

  • After the parcel arrives at the warehouse in Germany, it is weighed and checked

  • The invoice is created based on the actual weight

  • The invoice is sent by email and displayed in your account

  • Payment is made only after you receive the invoice

 

Step 5. Track your parcel

 

  • After dispatch, you will receive a shipment number / tracking number

  • Online tracking: www.bpd-express.de/site/tracking

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France.

Shipments from other European countries are handled via national postal services.
