1. Printed and audiovisual materials:

   - That were produced in violation of the Election and Referendum Act.

   - Contain information that may harm the interests of the state, the security, health, and morals of citizens.


2. Weapons and ammunition:
   - All types of weapons and their parts.
   - Ammunition for weapons that are similar in design to civilian and service weapons.


3. Hazardous substances:
   - Hazardous waste.
   - Toxic substances that are not drug precursors.
   - Narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and their precursors.


4. Living organisms and plants:
   - Human organs and tissues, blood and blood components.
   - Live animals (except bees, leeches, and silkworms).
   - Plants in any form, including seeds.


5. Environmentally hazardous substances:
   - Ozone-depleting substances.
   - Plant protection products covered by the Stockholm Convention.


6. Fishing gear:
   - Fishing nets and equipment for electric fishing.


7. Alcohol and tobacco:
   - Alcoholic products, ethyl alcohol, beer.
   - Tobacco products and smoking mixtures.


8. Special materials:
   - Radioactive materials.
   - Cultural property.
   - Perishable goods.
   - Precious stones and natural diamonds (except jewelry).
