History and Mission of BPD Express

BPD Express was registered in Germany in 1992 as a private postal operator. This marked the beginning of a reliable and structured international delivery system built in compliance with European and international standards.

Registration and International Recognition

In June 2003, BPD Express reached an important milestone by registering with the Universal Postal Union (UPU) in Bern, Switzerland, with its own International Mail Exchange Office.

This status enabled official integration into the global postal network and the development of stable international delivery routes.

All shipments handled by BPD Express are transported using the company’s own logistics infrastructure and an established partner network. Operations are conducted in full compliance with the Universal Postal Convention, ensuring:

BPD Express accepts parcels and documents from European Union countries and across Europe, including:

Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Portugal, Ireland, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Greece, Cyprus, and Malta.

How Shipments Are Accepted in Europe

Sending parcels from Europe is simple and standardized:

• customers receive a free BPD Express shipping label

• parcels are submitted via the national postal service of the sender’s country

• shipments are delivered free of charge to our warehouse in Germany for further processing

For customers in Germany, a free door-to-door courier pickup is also available.

BPD Express provides international delivery from Europe to the following destinations:

• Russia — entire territory including Crimea, the Caucasus, and northern and remote regions

Delivery is available to major cities as well as to any settlement, in accordance with current terms.
