Service Point Relations Manager
BPD Express is looking for a person who will serve as the key link between the company and the network of BPD Express service points across Europe.
About the role
This role is about people, trust, and genuine communication. You will build and maintain long-term partner relationships with BPD Express service points, visit them regularly, support them with day-to-day topics, and act as a reliable point of contact and company representative for our partners.
Key responsibilities

continuous communication and coordination with BPD Express service points;

in-person visits and on-site meetings with partners;

support, consulting, and operational guidance for service points;

building and maintaining trusted, long-term partner relationships;

collecting feedback and improvement suggestions;

ensuring compliance with BPD Express service standards;

contributing to the development and expansion of the service point network.
Who we are looking for

an outgoing, communicative person who builds relationships easily;

a responsible, self-driven professional;

someone who acts as a partner rather than a formal controller;

willingness to travel and engage in face-to-face communication;
-
Russian is required; German and/or English is a strong advantage.
