BPD Express is an international logistics and parcel operator headquartered in Germany. As we expand, we are building a European network for accepting and shipping parcels and documents from Europe.
We are looking for National Representatives / Partners in European countries who will take ownership of developing BPD Express presence in their market.
Partnership model

Partner-based cooperation (individual, self-employed, or company — depending on the country).

Performance-focused targets with clear KPIs (agreed per market).

Direct coordination with the central BPD Express team (Germany).
Key responsibilities

Build and grow the drop-off partner network
-
Identify and onboard partners: service points, retail locations, acceptance points, local logistics partners.

Implement and ensure standards for acceptance, packaging, and handover of shipments.

Local communications and commercial development

Handle customer inquiries (B2C and B2B) and support customers through to successful drop-off.

Increase local visibility: communities, business contacts, referrals, and partnerships.

Operational coordination & quality control

Maintain service quality with partners (SLA), collect feedback, provide regular reporting.

Ensure compliance with rules on restricted/prohibited contents and process standards for shipment preparation.

Candidate profile
-
Experience in partner development, sales, logistics, e-commerce, customer service, or managing service point networks.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build sustainable partnerships at regional/national level.

Languages: local language + Russian (preferred), English/German (a plus).

Strong ownership, organization, and data/result orientation.
