Development & Communications Manager

BPD Express is an international logistics company building reliable, easy-to-understand delivery solutions from Europe.
We are growing, scaling our partner network, and paying close attention to how we communicate with the market, partners, and parcel drop-off points.

The essence of the role

The Development & Communications Manager ensures that:

• parcel drop-off points clearly understand how the service works and which rules apply;

• partners and creators/influencers receive transparent terms and accurate communication;

• customers always see up-to-date and clear information;

• the BPD Express brand speaks with one consistent, confident voice.

You will not open drop-off points and you will not manage logistics operations.
Your job is to coordinate, support, and build communications as a system — not to “put out fires.”

What you will do

• build and maintain regular communication with existing parcel drop-off points;

• communicate company changes, rules, and updates clearly and consistently;

• collect feedback and turn it into actionable improvement proposals;

• coordinate collaboration between drop-off points and internal teams;

• develop partnerships and work with bloggers/influencers and integrations;

• shape the company’s communication agenda and key messages;

• oversee Instagram communications together with the SMM specialist;

• ensure website information remains accurate and up to date;

• contribute to the development of corporate and partner culture.
