Balearic Islands:
Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza, Formentera.

Mainland Spain:
all regions and cities of Spain served by Correos.

The shipment procedure, label generation and tracking process are the same for all regions of Spain.

How to arrange shipment online from Spain

Shipments can be arranged online at:

Standard procedure:

  1. Select the country of dispatch, enter the approximate parcel weight and choose the destination country. Calculate the price and select a suitable tariff. Please read all additional information carefully. Sender details must be entered in Latin characters, recipient details in Cyrillic.

  2. Verify the recipient’s address: postal code, city/region and contact phone number.

  3. Confirm the request and receive the shipping label.

Shipping label

A free shipping label is generated after the request is submitted. It must be printed and securely attached to the parcel.
Do not cover the barcode with tape.

Parcel drop-off via Correos

The prepared parcel must be handed over at any Correos post office.
The drop-off receipt should be kept. Once the parcel arrives at the warehouse in Germany, the customer will be notified.

Tracking by shipment number

The delivery status to the warehouse in Germany and further transport to the destination country can be checked via tracking number:
