BPD Express provides updated information on shipping rates, delivery timeframes and parcel size limits for shipments from Germany in 2025.

We deliver across Russia including Crimea, the Caucasus, North Caucasus and northern regions, as well as to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine.

General Shipping Conditions

Depending on destination, weight and dimensions, different tariffs apply.
Parcels to Russia weighing over 30 kg are delivered only by courier to the recipient’s door.

Shipments to Russia and Crimea depart weekly on Tuesdays.

Russia and Crimea Tariffs

Tariff 1 — Delivery to local post office

Delivery time: 15–20 days
Cost: €4.99 / kg + €15 processing fee
Maximum size: 100 × 50 × 50 cm
Maximum weight: 20 kg

Tariff 2 — EMS courier delivery to door

Delivery time: 10–15 days
Cost: €5.29 / kg + €15 processing fee
Maximum weight: 30 kg

Oversize surcharge: €40.

Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Ukraine

Shipments to Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan are dispatched monthly, to Ukraine weekly.
Delivery time: 15–20 days, Ukraine 10–15 days.
Courier delivery to the recipient’s door.
