BPD Express is a convenient service for sending documents from the USA to Russia, Crimea, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and other destinations in 2026, following a simple route: prepare your documents → send them to our German office with the postal or courier service of your choice → we register the shipment and issue the BPD invoice → onward international delivery to the recipient with tracking.

The BPD Express rate is $69 per document shipment up to 300 g. Shipping from the USA to Germany is paid separately by the sender and is not included in this price.

The shipment is prepared using two envelopes: the inner one protects the documents and carries the information needed for onward delivery, the outer one is used to send everything to BPD Express in Germany.

1. Place your documents in the inner envelope.
2. Write the sender’s full contact details on the inner envelope, together with the recipient’s full name, complete address, postal code and phone number.
3. Place the inner envelope inside the outer envelope.
4. Send the outer envelope to: BPD Express GmbH & Co. KG, Max-Planck-Straße 10, 64572 Büttelborn, Germany.
5. Use USPS or another carrier — we recommend a registered or tracked service.
6. After the documents arrive at our German office, we register the shipment and issue the BPD invoice.
7. Pay the invoice — $69 for documents up to 300 g.
8. BPD Express arranges the onward international delivery to the recipient.
