BPD Express expands EU drop-off coverage in partnership with Geopost (La Poste Groupe; DPD / Chronopost / SEUR brands)

We’ve improved the BPD Express service and made shipping from the EU to Russia, Crimea, the Caucasus and CIS countries even more convenient by partnering with Geopost (La Poste Groupe) — a leading European parcel delivery group operating through brands such as DPD, Chronopost and SEUR (and others).

Thanks to this partnership, we have added 140,000+ additional drop-off options across Europe — including 100,000 parcel shops and 40,000 lockers — so you can hand in your shipment closer to home or work.

In Germany, we expanded our hand-in options by 7,800 points via the DPD Pickup network, and you can now ship parcels to our destinations via a total of 12,000 drop-off points in Germany.

What this means for BPD Express customers

  • More drop-off points across Europe: access to Geopost’s 140,000 Out-of-Home locations (parcel shops + lockers).

  • Germany: significantly denser hand-in network: +12,000 additional points through DPD Pickup parcelshops.

  • Free courier pickup across Europe: if you prefer doorstep collection instead of drop-off.

  • Online booking in up to 2 minutes: fast, clear, and straightforward.

  • Easy tracking on our website: track codes in the format b123456 (lowercase “b”).

Important: why you may see DPD / Chronopost / SEUR signage

Geopost is a group within La Poste Groupe and operates through a portfolio of local delivery brands, including DPD, Chronopost, SEUR (and others). That’s why drop-off points may be branded differently depending on the country, while still being part of the same Geopost infrastructure.

How to ship

  1. Create your shipment on the BPD Express website.

  2. Choose your hand-in method: drop off your parcel using the free shipping label at the nearest Geopost network point, or request free courier pickup across Europe.

  3. Track your shipment on the BPD Express website using a tracking code in the format b123456.

Quick FAQ

1) Where can I drop off my parcel in Europe for delivery to Russia/CIS?
You can drop off your shipment at a nearby Geopost network point (parcel shop or locker). The location may be branded locally (e.g., DPD/Chronopost/SEUR), depending on the country.

2) What does “free shipping label” mean?
After you book online, you receive a shipping label. Print it, attach it to the parcel/envelope, and drop it off at a Geopost network point.

3) Do you offer free courier pickup across Europe?
Yes. You can request free pickup so the courier collects the parcel from your address anywhere in Europe.

4) Documents vs parcels — what’s the difference when booking?
Documents are paper items with no commercial value (letters, contracts, certificates).
A parcel contains goods/items and typically requires more detailed content information during booking.

5) How do I track my BPD Express shipment?
Use the tracking code in the format b123456 (lowercase “b”) on the BPD Express tracking page.

6) How many drop-off points are available in Germany?
With the expanded network, you can hand in shipments through 12,000 drop-off points in Germany, including DPD Pickup parcelshops.

7) Are parcel lockers included?
Yes. Geopost’s Out-of-Home network includes lockers as well as parcel shops across Europe.

8) Who is Geopost (La Poste Groupe)?
Geopost is part of La Poste Groupe and operates a network of delivery brands including DPD, Chronopost, SEUR (and others).
