There is no need to wait until you have enough to fill a large box. Send 1, 2, 3 or 4 kg — whatever you need.
Where can you send parcels from and to?
We accept parcels from Germany, Poland, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium and other European Union countries.
We deliver to Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan. Available delivery options and transit times depend on your chosen route and the recipient’s location.
How is the shipping cost calculated?
The price depends on the origin country, destination country, delivery option and parcel weight, including packaging.
Weights between whole kilograms are taken into account. For example, the price for a 2.5 kg parcel is calculated proportionally between the 2 kg and 3 kg rates. The weight is not rounded up to the next whole kilogram.
How do I book a shipment?
Pack your parcel and weigh it, including the box. Then enter the shipping route and weight into the calculator on our website. You will see an estimated shipping cost and can book your shipment online.
