How to send a parcel from Belgium to Russia

1. Go to the website and select “Create shipment / Book delivery.”

2. Choose Belgium as the origin country, enter sender and recipient details, and specify the parcel weight.

3. Download and print the free label for the national postal service.

4. Pack the shipment securely and drop it off at a post office/acceptance point in Belgium.

5. Complete the customs declaration via the configurator on the website and confirm the order.

6. After the parcel arrives at our warehouse in Germany, we issue an invoice — once paid, we deliver the parcel to the recipient in Russia in 2026.

Important (guideline for 2026): the duty-free import limit to Russia is €200. Anything above the limit is subject to a 15% duty on the amount exceeding the limit. For private parcels, it is recommended not to send more than 3–5 identical items to reduce the risk of additional customs checks.

How to send documents with BPD Express

1) Envelope 1
Place the documents inside and add a sheet with:
— your address, phone number, and email (in Latin characters);
— the recipient’s address and phone number (in Russian).

2) Envelope 2
Insert Envelope 1 and address it to:

Add your name and return address.

3) Posting
Send Envelope 2 as a registered letter via Belgium’s national postal service.

Insurance and liability

Payment

An invoice is issued after the parcel arrives at the warehouse (based on actual weight). The invoice is sent only by email. Please include the invoice number in the payment reference. Payment must be made immediately after receiving the invoice.
