How to send a parcel from Ireland to Russia

1. On the website, choose “Create shipment / Book delivery.”

2. Select Ireland as the origin country, enter sender and recipient addresses, and specify the parcel weight.

3. Download and print the free label.

4. Drop the parcel off via Ireland’s national postal service.

5. Complete the customs declaration in the online configurator and confirm the order.

6. After the parcel arrives at our warehouse in Germany, we dispatch it for delivery to the recipient in Russia in 2026.

Delivery cost

The final price depends on:

• the parcel weight;

• the selected service (economy / standard / express).

As a general rule, the higher the weight, the lower the price per kilogram. You can estimate the cost in advance using the online calculator on the website by entering the weight and postal code.

Delivery times in 2026

Average delivery time is 12–18 business days. In some cases, transit time may increase due to customs clearance in Russia and the EAEU or seasonal workload peaks.

Customs and sanctions rules

Before shipping, please consider:

• international prohibitions on certain items;

• sanctions-related restrictions for specific categories of goods;

• Russian and EAEU customs requirements for declarations and the number of identical items in one parcel.

Important: the reference duty-free limit for private shipments to Russia in 2026 is €200. Amounts above the limit are typically subject to a 15% duty on the excess value. It is also recommended not to include more than 3–5 identical items in one parcel.

How to complete the declaration smoothly

• Use the online configurator to select appropriate categories and wording.

• Declare the real value of the contents to reduce follow-up questions.

• Provide details: item name, quantity, value, and purpose.

• For personal items, use accurate descriptions and avoid “used/second-hand” wording unless required by category rules.

Document delivery from Ireland to Russia in 2026

For original documents, use the two-envelope method.

1) Envelope 1
Insert the documents and add a sheet with:
— your address, phone number, and email (in Latin characters);
— the recipient’s address and phone number (in Russian).

2) Envelope 2
Insert Envelope 1 and address it to:

Add your name and return address.

3) Posting
Send Envelope 2 as a registered letter via Ireland’s national postal service.

Insurance and liability

Payment

An invoice is issued after the parcel arrives at the warehouse and is calculated by actual weight. The invoice is sent only by email. Please include the invoice number in the payment reference. Payment must be made immediately after receiving the invoice.
