BPD Express is a German postal operator with experience since 1992. We have served more than 2 million customers and provide delivery from Germany and Luxembourg to Russia (including all regions), Ukraine, Crimea, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Georgia, and Belarus.

For all European countries, BPD Express provides a free label for the national postal service. You drop off your parcel at a post office in Luxembourg, it is forwarded to our warehouse in Germany, and then delivered to the recipient in Russia.

How to book a shipment

1. Go to the website and select “Create shipment / Book delivery.”

2. Choose Luxembourg as the origin country and enter the sender and recipient addresses and parcel weight.

3. Print the free label for the national postal service and drop the parcel off at a post office in Luxembourg.

4. Complete the declaration via the configurator and confirm the order.

5. After the parcel arrives at our warehouse in Germany, we deliver it to the recipient in Russia.

Delivery cost

The cost depends on:

• parcel weight;

• selected service (economy / standard / express).

The heavier the parcel, the lower the price per kilogram. You can calculate the exact cost in the online calculator on the website after entering the weight and postal code.

Delivery times

Average delivery time is 12–18 business days, but the final transit time depends on the selected service level and customs processing.

Customs and sanctions restrictions

When sending a parcel, please consider:

• international prohibitions on certain items;

• sanctions-related restrictions for specific goods;

• Russian and EAEU customs requirements for declarations and the number of identical items in one parcel.

Important: the duty-free limit for import into Russia is €200. Anything above the limit is charged a 15% duty on the amount exceeding the limit. It is recommended not to send more than 3–5 identical items in one private parcel.

How to complete the declaration correctly

• Use the website configurator to select the correct categories.

• Declare the real value of the contents.

• Fill in the declaration in detail: item name, quantity, value, and purpose.

• For personal items, use accurate descriptions; avoid “used” wording unless it is required.

How to send documents with BPD Express

Prepare Envelope 1
Place all documents inside and write:

• your address, phone number, and email (in Latin characters);

• the recipient’s address and phone number (in Russian).

Envelope 2
Insert Envelope 1 and address it to:
BPD Express GmbH & Co. KG, Max-Planck-Straße 10, 64572 Büttelborn
Add your name and return address.

Posting
Send Envelope 2 as a registered letter via the national postal service.

Insurance and liability

All shipments are insured under standard BPD Express terms. In case of damage or loss, we will help you file a claim and request compensation.

Payment

After your parcel arrives at the warehouse, an invoice is issued based on the parcel weight. The invoice is sent only by email. Please include the invoice number in the payment reference. Payment must be made immediately after receiving the invoice.
