Delivery times in 2026

Typical delivery time is 12–18 business days. Delays may occur due to seasonal peaks and customs clearance in Russia and the EAEU.

Customs rules and sanctions restrictions

Before shipping, please consider:

• international prohibitions for certain categories of goods;

• sanctions-related restrictions for specific items;

• Russian and EAEU customs requirements for declarations and identical items.

Important: the reference duty-free import limit for private shipments to Russia in 2026 is €200. Amounts above the limit are generally subject to a 15% duty on the excess value. It is recommended not to include more than 3–5 identical items in one parcel.

Document delivery from Slovakia to Russia in 2026

For original documents, use the two-envelope method.

1) Envelope 1
Insert the documents and add a sheet with:
— your address, phone number, and email (Latin characters);
— the recipient’s address and phone number (in Russian).

2) Envelope 2
Insert Envelope 1 and address it to:

3) Posting

Payment

An invoice is issued after the parcel arrives at the Germany hub (based on actual weight) and is sent only by email. Please include the invoice number in the payment reference. Payment is required immediately after receiving the invoice.
