About the Role
BPD Express is an international logistics and parcel delivery service operating from Europe to Russia and CIS countries.
In Germany, we have already built a scalable network with over 1500 active drop-off points and a proven operational model.
The next step is expansion into the Benelux region: Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
We are looking for a strong individual who will take full ownership of building and scaling BPD Express across the Benelux region as a unified market and drive it to a stable shipment volume.
This is not a standard job position.
This is a role with full responsibility for regional development and results across multiple countries.
Your Mission
You will be responsible for building and scaling the BPD Express network across the Benelux region.
Your responsibilities will include:

building and expanding a partner network of drop-off points across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg

launching key cities and regions step by step
-
identifying, onboarding, and activating new partners
-
negotiating with shops, service points, agencies, and entrepreneurs
-
working with the Russian-speaking community across the region
-
attracting and developing buyers as a dedicated growth channel
-
developing B2B and B2B2C directions
-
ensuring high-quality onboarding and activation of new locations
-
building a stable flow of shipments
-
driving volume growth across all countries in the region
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
-
lives in one of the Benelux countries and understands the regional market
-
is fluent in Russian and at least one regional language (Dutch, French, or English)
-
is able to operate across multiple countries and markets
-
has experience in sales, business development, or partner network expansion
-
knows how to identify, onboard, and activate partners
-
is strong in negotiations and delivers results
-
works in a structured way and is focused on growth
Nice to have:

experience working with Russian-speaking communities in Europe
-
background in logistics, e-commerce, or service-based businesses
-
understanding of buyer / intermediary business models
