Document Delivery with BPD Express

Step 1. Prepare the First Envelope

Place all documents into an envelope and include:

• your address, phone number, and e-mail — in Latin characters;

• the recipient’s address and phone number — in Russian.

Step 2. Prepare the Second Envelope

Place the first envelope inside a second envelope and address it as follows:

Please also add:

• your full name;

Step 3. Send the Documents

Send the second envelope as a registered letter.
