Why BPD Express Doesn’t Take Payment Immediately When You Submit an Order on the Website
When you create a shipment request on the BPD Express website, you enter an estimated weight. This estimate helps you submit the request quickly, but it shouldn’t be used for an instant online payment, because the weight entered in the form can differ from the actual weight.
The key point is simple: the final price is confirmed only after control weighing at our warehouse. This approach prevents unnecessary top-ups, refunds, and processing delays — you pay only when the amount is final and correct.

Shipments are accepted from Europe / EU countries (you choose the origin country in the order form on Parcels).
Destination countries
Depending on the selected service, key destination countries include: Russia (including Crimea), Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan.

After your shipment arrives at the warehouse and control weighing is completed — then the final amount is confirmed and payment is enabled / the invoice is issued (see FAQ).
How can I reduce differences between estimated and actual weight?
Weigh your parcel fully packed (including the box and packing materials) and enter the most accurate weight possible.
